Poznatky a dôkazy starých Egypťanoch o vnútorných ochoreniach

Príspevok sa zaoberá problematikou historického vývoja medicíny so zameraním na vnútorné ochorenia. Približuje poznatky a dôkazy starých Egypťanov o identifikácii symptómov niektorých ochorení, diagnostikovaní ochorení. Uvádza, že uvedené pramene posudzuje a hodnotí novo vyčlenený odbor – paleopatológia. Ako autorka písa, poznanie minulosti dáva základ pre budovanie budúcnosti. V závere príspevku približuje existenciu niektorých civilizačných chorôb už v starom Egypte.
