Refluxní nemoc jícnu

Refluxní nemoc jícnu je časté gastroenterologické onemocnění s širokým spektrem symptomů a klinickým obrazem kolísajícím od nezávažných nepravidelných obtíží až po potenciálně rizikový Barretův jícen. Kromě typických projevů – pyrózy a regurgitace se může projevovat atypickými a mimojícnovými potížemi. Hlavní roli ve farmakoterapii mají inhibitory protonové pumpy. Ve většině případů je průběh onemocnění protrahovaný, vyžadující dlouhodobou udržovací léčbu. Při nedostatečné účinnosti konzervativní léčby je možný chirurgický antirefluxní výkon.
