Případ vzácné komplikace perkutánní transluminální koronární angioplastiky s implantací koronárního stentu

Kazuistika popisuje případ komplikace perkutánní transluminální koronární angioplastiky s implantací koronárního stentu pro nestabilní anginu pectoris. Pacient byl po 47 dnech od implantace koronárního stentu přijat na interní JIP v šokovém stavu, krátce po přijetí resuscitován, zavedena dočasná kardiostimulace a po přechodné stabilizaci stavu pacient 14 hodin od přijetí umírá. Při pitvě byl zjištěn absces v okolí stentu pravé koronární arterie perforující do perikardu a fibrinozně purulentní perikarditida.
