Diagnostika a léčba chronického srdečního selhání v ambulanci praktického lékaře

Chronické srdeční selhání (CHSS) se v evropských zem ích vyskytuje u 0,4–2 % populace s výrazným nárůstem ve vyąąích věkových skupinách. Pro východní Evropu je výskyt udáván 13 000/1 000 000 obyvatel, coľ by odpovídalo 130 000 nemocných v České republice. I přes pokroky v léčebných postupech má onemocnění nadále ąpatnou prognózu, diagnostika i léčba jsou náročné, a to nejen medicínsky, ale i společensky a ekonomicky.
