Pokročilý karcinom prsu

V dnešní době díky prevenci, screeningu a mediálně šířené osvětě směřujeme v mamologii ke stále časnější diagnostice karcinomu prsu (ve stádiu nepalpovatelných lézí). Přesto se stále vyskytují ženy s tímto onemocněním v pokročilém stádiu. Tématem této práce je kazuistika popisující léčbu rozpadlého karcinomu prsu s generalizací do plic a skeletu. Individuální péčí se může i těmto pacientkám prodloužit kvalitní život.
