Diagnostika a léčba nadměrného vypadávání vlasů

V článku je uveden stručný přehled nečastějších typů alopecií, jejich charakteristiky, diagnostika i léčebné možnosti (především ty, které jsou v ČR běžně dostupné a používané). Pro správnou léčbu je důležitá správná diagnóza a odhalení všech faktorů, které mohou stav zhoršovat. Na základě podrobné anamnézy a objektivního vyšetření je možné orientační rozlišení na ložiskové a difuzní alopecie a určení dalšího vyšetřovacího postupu. Bohužel i při podrobném a důkladném vyšetření pacienta může zůstat příčina effluvia neznámá.
