Onemocnění žil v ambulanci praktického lékaře

Práce zmiňuje epidemiologii, stručně a schematicky rozebírá etiopatogenezu žilní insuficience a hlavně se zaměřuje na praktická léčebná doporučení, která lze využít v každodenní lékařské praxi. Je zdůrazněn význam režimových opatření, komprese a aktivního přístupu pacienta ke svému onemocnění. Rozhodování mezi konzervativní a operační léčbou žilní insuficience závisí na subjektivních potížích, klinických projevech onemocnění a ultrazvukovém nálezu na žilním systému dolních končetin.
