Dnavá artritida a hyperurikemie

Dnavá artritida, nejčastějąí zánětlivé kloubní onemocnění muľů středního věku, bývá mnohdy nesprávně diagnostikována i léčena. Termín dna označuje heterogenní skupinu metabolických onemocnění, pro kterou je charakteristická tvorba depozit krystalů natriutrátů ve tkáních. V souhrnném článku je stručně zmíněna etiologie, patogeneze hyperurikemie a dny, diskutován je výskyt hyperurikemie v rámci metabolického syndromu X. Dna se klinicky projevuje jednak jako akutní dnavá artritida s klasickým klinickým obrazem, dále jako chronická tofózní dna, v oblasti ledvin jako akutní nebo chronická dnavá nefropatie. Základem diagnostiky dny je průkaz krystalů natrium urátu ve tkáních v kombinaci s typickým klinickým obrazem dny. V poslední části článku jsou shrnuty současné léčebné moľnosti dny a je diskutována rovněľ otázka léčby asymptomatické hyperurikemie.
