MUDr. Vladimír Kojecký Ph.D
Interní klinika, Krajská nemocnice T. Bati a.s., Zlín

Zažívacími obtížemi trpí osoby s diabetem více než běžná populace. Nejčastěji jde o potíže dysmotilitního charakteru, dále o průjem a zácpu. Při jejich vzniku hraje u diabetiků roli i výše glykémie, kvalita kompenzace diabetu, změněná viscerální senzitivita, neuropatie střevního nervového systému, léčba biguanidy a další. Předpokladem úspěšného ovlivnění potíží je dobrá korekce diabetu, dieta má význam aditivní. V přehledu jsou uvedeny možnosti farmakoterapie horních zažívacích obtíží, průjmu a zácpy u diabetiků.
