Dysmotilita horní části zažívacího traktu u diabetu

Diabetes mellitus ovlivňuje činnost řady orgánů. Zažívací trakt není výjimkou. Spektrum poruch je pestré. Výrazné patologie zjišťované při instrumentálních vyšetřeních jsou často asymptomatické. Za nejvýznamnější je považována gastroparéza a dysmotilita tenkého střeva. Léčba zahrnuje normalizaci glykémie, úpravu dietního režimu, prokinetika, antidiaroika. V posledních letech jsou zkoušena analoga některých gastrointestinálních hormonů.
