Poruchy příjmu potravy

Přehledový článek seznamuje se základní charakteristikou poruch příjmu potravy z perspektivy praktického lékaře. Kromě vymezení mentální anorexie a bulimie, diferenciální diagnostiky, klinického obrazu a průběhu je stručně zhodnocena multifaktoriální podmíněnost poruch příjmu potravy implikující určité léčebné postupy. Velký důraz je kladen na diferencovanost dané problematiky, která se týká velmi širokého vzorku nemocných s rozdílnou zdravotní problematikou a psychickou komorbiditou a které se současně mění i v průběhu rozvoje poruchy.
