Horní dyspeptický syndrom - je vše jasné a jednoduché ?

Horní dyspepsie je onemocnění velmi časté, ve světě jím trpí čtvrtina populace. Naprostá většina pacientů s tímto onemocněním je nejdříve vyšetřena praktickým lékařem.

Diagnostika v ordinaci praktického lékaře je často velmi obtížná. Zvláště, pokud se jedná o obtíže, které mohou mít různou etiologii. Zásadní záležitostí praktického lékaře je optimálně zvolený diagnostický postup a vhodná terapeutické opatření.
