Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic inflammatory disease with inflammatory affliction of joints. It is accompanied by pain and morning
stiffness. In the course of the disease, complications occur, partly as side effects of therapy. Joint deformities and various other organ
afflictions develop. The objective of RA therapy is to alleviate clinical symptoms of joint inflammation and organic changes, rehabilitation
and psychosocial approach to sufferers being a part of the treatment process.
