Casuistry analyse bad condition with sudden dyspnoea young woman, smoker, which had subjectively dyspnoea and cough and in

objective status she had sinus tachycardia and hypoxemy only. Higher level of D-dimers in blood and positive ventilation-perfusion

scintigraphy confirmed pulmonary embolism. This young woman had taken anticonception without konwledges that she had genetic

determined trombophiliia.
