Hello, resistance, may I continue? I.

Increasing bacterial resistance to antibiotics is not problem only in hospitals. Multidrug-resistant bacteria are isolated from community-acquired

infections as well. Presence of microorganisms, isolated from clinical specimen, frequently reflect patient´s colonization. Rational antibiotic

therapy should be safe and effectiveness. Everybody who uses antibiotics is responsible for maintenance of long-term effectiveness.
