The present case report describes the cafe of girl with recurrent inflammation of the meninges caused by the bacterium Streptococcus

pneumoniae. To detect small communication between the frontal cavity and the intracranial space and the subsequent sculpture of skull

base led to the ultimate recovery of the child.
