Vaccinations and travel medicine centers do twice a year a survey among its clients, which relates to their views and assessments of
customer care at these centers. The questionnaire repeatedly showed, among other things, how much is the opinion of the general
practitioner important for a patient's decision. Almost all patients want from their general practitioner to receive advice on disease
prevention through individual recommendations. Patients expect talks on prevention as a part of every visit to the doctor. The doctors
had been placed increasing demands in communication skills. Each physician should lead discussions on how to prevent and be able to
manage the objections of his patient without the patient feeling that is pushed into something.
