Společnou řeč v přínosných diskuzích dokázalo najít na šest set padesát praktických lékařů s přednášejícími vybraných specializací vnitřního lékařství. Prokázal to již čtvrtý ročník kongresu Medicína pro praxi, který se konal v Kongresovém centru Praha ve dnech 6.–7. dubna 2006.
