Scar formation is an irreversible process. Scar can not be removed permanently, but with proper care it could be barely cosmetically

noticeable. Prevention of hypertrophic and keloid scars plays an important role in the care of the scar. This article is focused primarily

on the correction of scars with conservative methods.
