Familial hypercholesterolaemia (FH) is the most frequent AD hereditary disease, leading to higher levels of total cholesterol andLDL-cholesterol (LDL-C). Orofacial pain is a widespread clinical syndrome associated with high morbidity and significant interference with the quality oflife of the affected persons. Orofacial pain can arise from different regions and etiologies. Allergic rhinitis is the most common manifestation of upper airways allergies. Differential diagnosis of rhinitis is associated withboth a division of rhinitis into three elementary phenotypes (allergic rhinitis, infectious rhinitis and nonallergic noninfectiousrhinitis) and with the knowledge of co-morbidities of allergic rhinitis. A case report describes the case of a 73-year-old patient who was indicated for a total right hip endoprosthesis by reason ofa grade 3 coxarthrosis. The operation and the postoperative course were without complications. There were signs of surgicalwound in the early postoperative period at the rehabilitation department.
